Rental Policies and Options

General Information:

• You must have a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express to rent a vehicle.   Rental cost to be paid in full prior to departure.
• No personal checks accepted.

• Trailers are delivered with full LP tanks and must be returned full, or you will be charged to fill the tanks (cost of fuel + $10).

• All rentals must be returned by 11:00 a.m. of contract due date or you will be charged a minimum $100.00 late fee on Horse Trailer, $250 on all RV’s. We do not issue refunds or discounts for vehicles returned earlier than the scheduled date.

• All rental vehicles are subject to sale. Due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a vehicle being involved in an accident), we cannot guarantee a specific vehicle will be available.  You will be guaranteed a vehicle of our choosing which most closely matches what you reserved per availability. We will notify you if there are any changes in your reservation.

• No roof storage is permitted. All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. You will receive an itemized invoice/confirmation if we receive your reservation down payment at least 14 days prior to your departure date. It will include your Vacation Package Quote and other rented items, if any.

• “Invisible” Pets are allowed at an additional charge (Horse trailers exempt).  Must comply with all Pet Addendum rules

• Generator & Fuel Station Policy

• We do not control the fuel levels in the Portable Generators.  You are responsible to provide fuel for your use of the generator, but are not required to return it full of fuel.
• Fuel stations on Nitrous and Fury will be delivered with very low fuel.  This is to prevent a large quantity of fuel from being wasted.
• Trailers are expected to be returned with enough fuel to start and run the generator for a few moments.  
• No refunds will be issued for additional fuel left in tanks.
• If desired, we will fill fuel station tanks prior to delivery for $10 plus actual cost of fuel.
• All generators, both portable and permanently attached to a trailer, are considered part of the trailer, and are subject to the required security deposit.  Customer is responsible for all damages, loss, or theft of generator.

Driver Requirements

• We must know who all drivers are and have a copy of their current valid photo driver's license & insurance certificates BEFORE a trailer goes out.
• All horse trailer drivers must be 21 years of age.
• For rentals on Toy haulers, you must be 25 years of age.
• All persons driving must be present to sign contracts in advance or no later than when a trailer is picked up.

Security, Damage & Cleaning Deposit

• Security/Damage/Cleaning deposit is $500 on all Carson trailers, and $750 on Nitrous or Fury trailers.  
• Deposit must be made with cash, (due at time of pick up) or valid credit card (due min 3 business days prior to pick up) and will be refunded after trailer is returned and checked out free of damages.
• All efforts will be made to obtain estimates of repairs of damages as soon as possible, but there may be a longer delay in getting these estimates in our busiest season because of vehicle availability during those times.
• Every effort will be made to make refunds within 15 business days after return of a rental if unit is returned clean inside & out (unless you prepaid cleaning), fuel tanks as received, gray & black water tanks drained with valves open and with NO DAMAGE
