 Insurance Requirements for your Rental

 Vehicle Liability
|
|
|
- REQUIRED before Departure
- You must provide us with proof of Liability coverage through your tow vehicle's insurance. We require a written binder from your auto insurance company listing Red Dog Trailer Rentals LLC as an additional loss payee.
- Some insurance companies will also extend collision/comprehensive coverage to the trailer. If yours does this, provide evidence in writing.

MBA Comp Collision Protection
|
|
|
- .REQUIRED before Departure if your insurance does not cover comrehensive/collision damage
- Our trailers are protected by MBA Insurance. In the event of damage to the trailer, you will be responsible for the deductible (in the form of your security deposit) .
- You must go to MBA's website by clicking their logo and fill out a brief form for your coverage. This costs $6/rental day plus $2 processing.

Additional Liability protection

- MBA offers Supplemental Liability Insurance.
- For $9.95/day, you can purchase additional protection against loss for bodily injury to others or property damage to their property.

Roadside Assistance

- OPTIONAL SERVICES
- You may choose to purchase Roadside Protection for your trip. Note that the above RV insurance does NOT cover towing expenses if a breakdown occurs. You may already have coverage through your vehicle's warranty or insurance. It is best to be aware of your current coverage before you depart.
- Please be aware that most standard plans DO NOT offer towing coverage for the trailer. You might consider upgrading your plan for the duration of your trip to cover RV towing expenses. If you are forced to abandon the trailer, you will be 100% liable for any damages, theft, late charges and out of service fees you might incurr.
